HELP FILE FOR ONLINE AUCTIONS AT AGRA-ART

- FIRST - REGISTER.
If you want to bid you have to register and log in , however if you just want to browse you can do it freely. Registering procedure has two stages:
- you fill the form (you get it when you click the Register link).Before you send the form you should read our Conditions of Business. Then you will get an email from us containing PIN number and link.
- just click the link you get in the email and enter PIN. That's all !
It is important you privide us valid email - otherwise you will not get PIN number and will not be able to complete the procedure.
- LOGIN.
After you have registered, you need to log in to our service, by clicking Loginkey in upper section. The small pop-up window will appear and you should enter your login and password you chose at registration.
- BIDDING.
Our prices are shown in Polish currency and also in USD - the convertion rate is approximative only - in case of purchase we will use the conversion rate of the day of purchase.
Our site supports automated bidding using the same rule as on other online auctions - you set the limit and system bids up to your limit in case you have been outbid.
- NOTIFYING.
You will be getting notifying mails whenever you have been outbid and after end of auction in case you are a winner.
- AFTER AUCTION.
If you are a winner - you can pay by wire transfer or credit card using our secure site.
When using bank transfer use this accounts:

EUR: 15 1750 0009 0000 0000 0356 5448 in Raiffaisen Bank in Warsaw.
We can arrange shipping of your lots and export licences (if needed) on your charge - please email us after auction for charges and details.
